This guy pretended that he had something interesting to discuss with this mistress but it was a front for him to try and nail her. When she realized that, she was pissed off and sought to punish him for not being straight with him. She hates lying so she punished him for it. She slapped him hard and enjoyed seeing him beg for mercy before she forgave him and let him go.
